Aurora Shriver

Aurora Shriver, Staff Writer

Aurora Shriver is a freshman who just moved here. Aurora enjoys figure skating, photography, skiing, and outdoor activities. Skating has always been a huge part of her life, with seven years of on-ice practice, although taking a year off she is excited for her eighth year. Her goal in skating is to pass a few levels and create new friends through a sport she enjoys. During her free time, she often can be found either on her phone or outside with her dogs, Buttons and Dutch. Aurora has been running around her neighborhood lately taking pictures of the scenery and trash, which she picks up for fun. She hopes to use her photography skills as a profession later in life among other things like becoming a pediatric nurse. She is really excited about going to her first year of high school, meeting new people, and doing new activities.
