Ashleigh Thorson is a freshman and is in her first semester of journalism. She loves to express herself through her voice, writing, and taking pictures. In her free time, Ashleigh can be found baking, reading, and listening to music. She enjoys playing competitive soccer for Blues FC and is hoping to play for Oakmont as well. Ashleigh is always up to run and workout. Many of her friends can attest to that. She can also be found watching Star Wars and Marvel movies. She enjoys spending time with her friends as well as her two dogs, Taylor, and her puppy, Indy. Ashleigh dreams of going to a major college, and becoming very successful in life. She wants to inspire change for the future generation. While she doesn’t know what she wants to become yet, she’s taking all of life in and waiting to see where it brings her next.
