Abriena Bains, Staff Writer
Abriena is a freshman in her first year of journalism. In her free time, she enjoys writing poetry and short stories; many consider her a talented author. She was recently accepted to the University of Iowa’s poetry program for high school students. Likewise, she enjoys writing about political matters and has an avid voice for justice. She also plays volleyball for and outside of Oakmont High School.
