Tuesday, Aug. 27, Sacramento’s Golden One Arena played host to the popular rap duo, Suicideboys, on their Grey Day annual tour.

Many packed into the stadium to listen to various artists under the popular “Greyday Productions” including Pouya, Denzel Curry, EKKSTACY, Shakewell, and Haarper. Fan favorite, Suicideboys, came on last as fans anxiously awaited their set the whole concert.

The group opened with “Lone Wolf Hysteria,” a favorite amongst many fans. Viewers went crazy as they saw members Scrim and Ruby step onto the stage, but it was the closing song that many fans were overjoyed to hear live. 

“Scrim” opened the song with a speech. He touched the hearts of many of his fans as he spoke of mental health struggles that many within the crowd could relate to. He reminded everyone of a very important fact: everyone has a purpose and is worthy.

Fans cheered in support of this powerful speech, then broke out into excitement as one of the arguably most popular and powerful Suicideboys songs came on,  “…And to Those I Love, Thanks For Sticking.”

There truly could not have been a better way to close this amazing concert. Many await the exciting opportunity to see the beloved group in Sacramento next year.
