When Halloween approaches you are likely searching for the best costume to show out to any Halloween event you are attending. It’s hard to choose a costume already, but you also have to worry about keeping up with what’s trending. Some of the most popular Halloween costumes of 2022 were predicted to be “‘Hocus Pocus,’ ‘Stranger Things,’ ‘Top Gun’ and more,” KCCI News said.  

A new season of the series “Stranger Things” was released this year. That being said, many people take this into consideration if they are big fans. According to Cosmopolitan, “Max from ‘Stranger Things’” is number one on the trending Halloween costumes this year. 

Another highly rated movie that was released in 2022 was ‘Top Gun Maverick.” This was a sequel to the 1986 movie, ‘Top Gun.” ‘Top Gun Maverick” was very popular and is said to be “a trending costume this year,” KCCI said. 

2022 was filled with memorable moments as well as new movies and seasons to our favorite shows. There are many old costume ideas coming back, along with new ideas coming into play. That being said, “There’s no shortage of Halloween costume [inspiration],” Cosmopolitan said.
