In May 2020, Kim Kardashian and Scott Disick created a lottery contest in which the winners could win a first-class flight to Los Angeles, 3-night stay in Beverly Hills, and $100,000.

Recently however, Kardashian and Disick are being sued for $40 million because the alleged winners never got their prize. A lottery contest was hosted and posted to their Instagram story, but people haven’t heard anything about their prizes coming.

The lottery was held by the company Curated Businesses. The business is saying that there is a lot of paperwork to be done before giving out the prize. Contestants are blaming Curated Businesses for leaking their personal information to random advertisers and they’re blaming Kardashian and Disick for being a part of it and not doing anything to help the process.

Instead of winning their prizes, people are claiming that they are just getting a bunch of spam calls from random advertisers.

There are no further updates about the lawsuit at this time as Kardashian nor Disick have addressed it publicly.
