During online learning, Oakmont’s yearbook staff is still working hard to create a yearbook for this school year that is available for pre-order now.

“Our students have been working incredibly hard, even before the beginning of the school year,” senior yearbook editor-in-chief Sienna Pinney said. “It is our goal every year to produce a better and more inclusive book than ever before.”

With many activities finally being able to start, the staff is diligent and ready to document everything happening around school and they can’t wait to get it in the yearbook.

“We’ve had people working with Bill Smith Photography [to try and] go to any in person practices,” senior yearbook staff member Briana Da Rosa said. 

Despite the struggles, the yearbook staff is still pushing through in order to create an amazing yearbook this year.

“All my yearbook staff this year have been awesome,” yearbook advisor Traci Montgomery said. “Open minded about new ways to get kids in the book, learning online how to create the yearbook, and getting to know each other despite the distance.
