Senior Maria Fachin is involved with many activities in her life such as: school, work, and dance.

“I work at Target and I am on the dance team,” Fachin said. “I have been working there for a little over one year.”

Working and playing a sport can be difficult because it can be hard to manage your time, but Fachin is always able to find a way to get everything done on time, in an orderly fashion.

“It’s hard but it’s doable,” Fachin said. “I’ve been in dance since freshman year. I like to choreograph dances and hang with friends. [In my free time], I like to watch Netflix.”

Fachin studies for school and manages her time wisely by turning off her phone. She is taking several classes like: military history, IB dance, gov/econ, and dance 4.

“My favorite class is dance 4,” Fachin said. “I’ve been inspired by the dance team since freshman year.”

After high school, Fachin plans on going into the Air Force. Her older brother, Pedro, is also going into the Air Force as well. Fachin and her brother have dreamed of going into this field for several years now.

“I plan on going to the Air Force because I would like to be a pilot when I am older,” Fachin said.

Fachin has many tips and insights for the younger classmen.

“Don’t be afraid to make new friends and talk to new people,” Fachin said.
